Terms of Service

ArcIntelligence is a web-based putting trainer that simulates realistic green conditions to help golfers improve their green reading and putting accuracy. The service is provided via a subscription model.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

To access paid features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when registering.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it immediately.

ArcIntelligence offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Basic — access to the full 3D putting simulator and all break types and conditions during a session.
• Pro (monthly) — everything in Basic, plus persistent progress tracking, full stats dashboard, miss pattern analysis, and accuracy scores.
• Pro Annual — all Pro features billed annually at a discounted rate. Billed as a single yearly charge.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change affects your existing subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the period ends but will not be charged again. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will review your case.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the ArcIntelligence codebase or simulation algorithms.
• Use the service in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without a refund.

All content, designs, simulation code, and assets within ArcIntelligence are owned by the operator. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to reproduce or redistribute any part of the service beyond personal use.

ArcIntelligence is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific improvements to your putting performance.

The simulations are designed for practice and training purposes. Real-world green conditions may vary significantly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of ArcIntelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of access.

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of ArcIntelligence after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
