Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal information ArcIntelligence collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. ArcIntelligence is currently operated by an individual, not a registered business. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the service:

  • Account information — your email address when you register or sign in.
  • Usage data — game settings you configure (slope, stimp, complexity), putting stats and session results you choose to save.
  • Payment information — if you subscribe, your payment details are processed directly and securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data — browser type, device type, and IP address collected automatically by our hosting and authentication providers.
  • Advertising data — if you arrive via an advertisement, Meta (Facebook) may collect information about your visit to measure ad performance. See Section 3 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing.
  • Save and display your putting stats across sessions (Pro plan).
  • Send essential transactional emails (e.g. password reset, receipts).
  • Investigate and resolve support requests.
  • Improve the app based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns we run (e.g. on Facebook / Instagram).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

ArcIntelligence uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate and advertise:

  • Supabase — authentication (sign-in / sign-up) and database storage for your account and stats. Data is stored securely in their cloud infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy →
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card data. Stripe Privacy Policy →
  • Meta (Facebook) — we use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure how effective our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns are. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and whether you took certain actions (such as signing up or subscribing). This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and used in accordance with their Data Policy. You can opt out of interest-based advertising via Facebook Ad Preferences or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. Meta Privacy Policy →

These services may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

4. Cookies and Tracking

ArcIntelligence uses essential cookies to keep you signed in between visits, and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure ad campaign performance. Please see our Cookie Policy for full details on what cookies are set, what they do, and how to control them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request erasure, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons (e.g. payment records).

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including targeted advertising.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising (applicable in certain US states, e.g. California under CCPA).

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

ArcIntelligence is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of ArcIntelligence after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
