Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones ArcIntelligence uses, and how you can control them. If you have questions, contact [email protected].

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as whether you are signed in — so you do not have to re-enter it on every page.

Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage work in a comparable way and are also covered by this policy.

2. Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to provide core functionality and cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

Authentication cookies (Supabase)

  • Purpose — keep you signed in between page loads and browser sessions.
  • Set by — Supabase, our authentication and database provider.
  • Duration — session-based (cleared on sign-out) or up to 1 week for "remember me" sessions.
  • Can be disabled? — No. Without these cookies, sign-in will not work.

Payment session (Stripe)

  • Purpose — Stripe may set short-lived cookies during the checkout process to prevent fraud and verify your session.
  • Set by — Stripe (stripe.com).
  • Duration — session-based, cleared after checkout.

3. Advertising Cookies

We use advertising cookies to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. These cookies may track your activity across other websites and apps.

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)

  • Purpose — the Meta Pixel measures the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising by tracking actions taken on our site (such as visiting the pricing page, signing up, or subscribing). This helps us understand which ads lead to conversions and allows Meta to optimise ad delivery to people likely to be interested in ArcIntelligence.
  • Set by — Meta Platforms, Inc. (facebook.com / connect.facebook.net).
  • Duration — up to 90 days, depending on the specific cookie.
  • Data shared with Meta — may include your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, and whether you completed an action (e.g. account sign-up). If you are logged into Facebook, Meta may associate this data with your Facebook profile.
  • Can be disabled? — Yes. You can opt out of interest-based advertising via Facebook Ad Preferences, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings. Note this will not affect your ability to use ArcIntelligence.

For more information on how Meta uses this data, see the Meta Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics Cookies (Planned)

We may add analytics tools such as Google Analytics in future to help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are visited most, how long sessions last). This data would be aggregated and anonymised. This policy will be updated before any analytics cookies are activated.

5. How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored and delete them individually.
  • Block all cookies from a specific site.
  • Block all third-party cookies.
  • Clear all cookies when the browser is closed.

Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to ArcIntelligence. For instructions specific to your browser, visit:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

6. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy whenever we add new cookies or change how existing ones work. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
